These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of coreenvelope.org (the "Site"), operated by CORE Envelope LLC, a California limited liability company with a principal place of business at 2108 N Street, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816 ("Core Envelope," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Core Envelope is a dealer and supplier of custom aluminum glazing, framing, pergola, and facade systems. We do not perform construction or installation services, and we are not a licensed contractor. Any installation of products ordered through us is performed by an independent, separately licensed installation partner that we may refer you to. That installer is solely responsible for the installation work, for holding any required California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license, and for compliance with applicable building codes and permit requirements.
Product descriptions, dimensions, and illustrations on the Site — including diagrams and photographs — are provided for general informational purposes to help you understand available system types. Actual products, finishes, and specifications may vary and will be confirmed during your consultation and final quote. Model names and codes referenced on the Site may correspond to products of third-party manufacturers we may work with as an authorized dealer; availability is subject to confirmation.
The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, and the CORE Envelope name and logo, is owned by CORE Envelope LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference. Any third-party product names, model numbers, or trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; submit false or fraudulent information through our forms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
The Site may reference or link to third-party manufacturers or refer you to an independent licensed installation partner. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, actions, workmanship, or policies of third parties. Any agreement you enter with a referred installer is solely between you and that installer.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Product warranties, if any, will be set out separately in your project agreement or provided by the applicable manufacturer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Envelope will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on Site content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in California.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
